Procedure
In order to change hair colour in PicsArt, follow the instructions provided below.
Step 1 : Open PicsArt along with your image.
For this particular tutorial, we will be using the image above which is of a beautiful women. We will be changing or replacing her hair colour. Just for the sake of this tutorial.
Step 2 : Open Beautify Tool.
On the right toolbar, tap on the Beautfy Tool and select “hair colour” (the interface changes). You can now see all of the available shades and or colours which you can use to change your image's hair colour.
Step 3 : Choose a colour/shade.
Since PicsArt already detects the hair and already makes a selection, all you left to do is select a shade from the wide variety of 15 different shades. Select any of your choice.
Step 4 : Make some adjustments to your shade.
Once you've chosen a shade, you can now make custom changes or adjustments to your brush. These includes Size, Opacity as well as Hardness. Below is a brief description of each of the above mentioned options.
(1.) Size : The size option is used to increase or decrease the size of he brush.
(2.) Opacity : The opacity option is used to adjust the transparency (opacity) of the colour/shade/brush.
(3.) Hardness : The hardness option is used to adjust the edges of the brush to make it either soft or hard. Depending on your needs.
Step 5 : Apply it to your image.
After all of the above mentioned adjustments made. You can now just brush over your image's hair to change the colour of the hair. Or, by skipping Step 4 & Step 5, you can just move towards Step 6.
Tip : Use the eraser tool to erase your mistakes as well as to make a cleaner change.
Step 6 : Save your image.
If you are happy with the look of the image. You can now save the image by tapping on the top right check mark (✓) and your image will saved in your gallery.
