These effects can be found on DSLR Cameras as well as modern smartphones. With the help of PicsArt and an image. We can create our own Bokeh Image by blurring the background. Let us find out how?


Requirements

  2. Image : Beautiful Women



Procedure

In order to blur the background in PicsArt, follow the instructions provided below.

Step 1 : Open PicsArt along with your image.

For this particular tutorial. We will be using the image above. The image above represents our image (image without blurred background). It's an image of a beautiful women in pink. Do make sure not to choose images with lots of tiny hairs flying around since it'll make it way more difficult in the process.

Step 2 : Open “Blur Tool”.

Go to Effects>Blur>Blur. Now immediately, you'll notice your whole image being blurred. Well that's good. We will be working further in this tutorial to perfect our image. Before that. You may want to adjust the amount of blur by sliding the blur button to left or right.

Step 3 : Erase the extra blur!

Tap on the eraser tool above and erase all the parts is covering up your character. You may want to zoom in as much as possible and erase every bit of unnecessary blurriness. You can also adjust the size of the eraser brush to make it easier to work in certain areas.

Step 4 : Finalize your progress.
